My Mobile App Stops Pushing Notificaions

I tried to contact the support online, but it seems that they don't have such topics or "others" option. My app has stopped pushing notifications for MORE THAN A MONTH now, it might have to do with the fact that I changed my email associated with the account. Either way, notifications via email are still working perfectly, but not the app. And I had re-installed the app, but it did not help. Other apps on my iPhone are pushing notifications normally. 

 

It is very frustrating, anyone has an idea?

I'm sorry to hear that the push notifications are not coming through. Thank you for trying the uninstall/reinstall step already. For technical issues, please log in at https://www.paypal-support.com and open a ticket to our technicians.
