I tried to contact the support online, but it seems that they don't have such topics or "others" option. My app has stopped pushing notifications for MORE THAN A MONTH now, it might have to do with the fact that I changed my email associated with the account. Either way, notifications via email are still working perfectly, but not the app. And I had re-installed the app, but it did not help. Other apps on my iPhone are pushing notifications normally. It is very frustrating, anyone has an idea?
