I signed up to paypal and was told I would receive £15 off a £30 spend within 48 hours and I haven't?

If so then it says the voucher is credited within 48 hours of you signing up as long as you met all their T and C.

Yes I did sign up at that link and got the message saying the offer would be credited in 48 hours. I signed up on the 5th of december so it's been longer than 48 hours and still nothing!
