Same here, I’ve uninstalled and reinstalled the app but the app just closes with only the initial PP splash screen showing, internet search shows no problems with the app, contact via phone says office closed even though they open at 8am, 9:15 still closed

I'm sorry to hear that you're having difficulty opening the app. Has the app worked on your phone previously? The app requires iOS 10.0 or later. Does your phone meet that requirement? If you've uninstalled and reinstalled the app and rebooted your phone and the requirement for the operating system is met, you can log in at https://www.paypal-support.com and open a ticket to our technicians.

Hi, I was able to log in the following morning, all is good now. Doesn’t make sense unless there was a issue, Ive had the app for years and fully updated same as phone, strange! But working now

I opened a ticket, even though it was for a merchant tech support. Hopefully, they’ll help me. PayPal has always worked great without any problems until about a week ago.

This keeps happening to me too. Sometimes the apps opens just fine and other times it just spins and spins and won’t open. I’m wondering if your trouble ticket ever provide a solution for you?
