Hi!
This info appears to no longer be accurate. There's another article, https://www.paypal.com/us/smarthelp/article/how-do-i-reprint-a-ups,-usps-or-emailed-label-i-created-..., which is also inaccurate.
In my case, there is no reprint link on any of the detail pages for either the original payment or the payment for the shipping label itself.

Yes. This is a PayPal fail. I was afraid this was coming. I think the instructions they have on the Help pages (link below) was written back when the old interface (what later became known as "Classic") was still in place. As far as I can tell, the new interface doesn't have a Details link for the transaction. Only a Print Details link, which does not have a Reprint Label on it.
For a long time (years, I think), there was a link on the Activity page that would open the transaction in the Classic interface. That's how I used to reprint labels on the few occasions that I needed to. It appears that they've finally removed that option to open it in the Classic interface. I was hoping that they would add the Reprint Label feature to the new interface before disabling the Classic interface option. But they apparently didn't.
I don't know if this loss of functionality is intentional or not. Maybe there was some kind of abuse of the feature going on that led them to decide to remove it. But that seems less likely an explanation than thoughtlessness or insufficient attention to design and implementation. If it were intentional, why would the Help pages still provide instructions that apply only to the Classic interface, which was replaced years ago, and more recently made unavailable entirely? And if it were intentional, why didn't they simply remove the Reprint Label link from the Classic page immediately, instead of keeping it available to everyone (albeit in a roundabout way). No, I think it's just sloppiness.
I'll be poking around to see if I can find another way into the Classic interface, if it is still there. If we can't find it, there may be no option other than to void the label and create a new one. Seems like a needless (and annoying) degradation in functionality and efficiency to me.
