Hi! This info appears to no longer be accurate. There's another article, https://www.paypal.com/us/smarthelp/article/how-do-i-reprint-a-ups,-usps-or-emailed-label-i-created-with-paypal-shipping-faq718, which is also inaccurate. In my case, there is no reprint link on any of the detail pages for either the original payment or the payment for the shipping label itself.
