Hi! I ordered from bath & body works last night using the pay by 4 feature. And it went through. But on the BBW website. 3 of my items weren’t in stock as the payment went through and it has already been taken out my account and pending through PayPal. What do I do?

I'm sorry to hear that your items weren't in stock. Typically, if part of the order does not go through, then the portion of the payment that wasn't completed will be refunded or not collected. It might also be good to contact the company directly and have them cancel that part of the order. 

If you run into any issues with the order, you can always file a dispute.
