Used pay in 4 for a plane ticket no confirmation but first payment is pending

I paid for a plane ticket from PayPal pay in 4 for southwest I did not receive confirmation from southwest or my ticket information. I do have a pending charge for the 1st installment on my bank card, any idea when I will get ticket information or wether or not it even went thru? I tried emailing PayPal and southwest this is my first time using this I'm very confused?

Welcome to the Community! 

When purchasing with Pay in 3 / Pay in 4, we will conduct a pre-authorization hold on your specified card or bank for an amount equal to the initial down payment or one-third / fourth of your total purchase amount. This will show as a pending authorization within your PayPal account "Activity" and also at your financial institution. This authorization is usually released 72 hours after the first repayment is completed.

The merchant would usually send out email confirmation once the payment completes.
