I used Paypal to purchase an item using their "Pay in 3" option, the first time I've tried it When the transaction went back to the retailer it displayed a payment error message, so the transaction didn't actually go through.
The first installment of payments is still showing as pending. I am unable to cancel this payment.
Will it simply be cancelled on Paypal's end since the order didn't happen? If so, how long does that usually take?
I've had this issue too. Tried to buy something on Currys twice using Pay in 3. The first payment had a transaction error and the second payment also had a transaction error but had also set up a Pending Pay in 3 plan. I've been refunded the second payment but I am still waiting on the refund for the first payment
