PayPal is asking me to upload my receipt and email of item refund per a shipping refund request. All of this is online. I downloaded the Adobe app for PDF but it defaults to my files and not to my documents/downloads because that is the default when I hit the 'Upload' button on the form. Is there any other way I can submit this info in order to get my shipping refund? Thank You!
