Trainline offer

2 weeks and Still no offer. Is it fake. Can I have my 10 £ voucher for trainline?

I did what it asked. This is my PayPal account I registered and I added a card. I even bought ticket on trainline but there it still no 10 pounds I was told I would have after 48 hours

I'm sorry to hear you're running into some issues with a recent promotion. I can understand how concerning that can be. I was able to find the following information about how the promotion will be awarded with the link that @kernowlass provided (Thank you kernowlass!!): 

"The Offer will be available in your PayPal account within 48 hours of successfully signing-up to your PayPal account. The Offer can only be redeemed when you use PayPal to make a ticket purchase online using the Trainline website or using the Trainline app. The Offer is available to UK residents aged 18 years or over. PayPal reserves the right to verify the eligibility of the Offer participants. The Offer is only valid in the UK and is limited to purchases in Great British Pounds (GBP) only. The Offer is not valid for users who have an existing account with PayPal."
