Is there a way to set up PayPal account to only use SERVICE terminology instead of "shipping" and "tracking number" terms? We are a funeral home and the only thing our families we serve will pay for are SERVICES (funerals). It is embarrassing that a widow received an email that said "your items from XY Funeral Home have been shipped. Any help would be so appreciated! Thanks
