I did everything I was supposed to and so did the other party involved. Neither of us received our $10. And zero response from customer service... 😑...Any ideas?

Please review the Terms and Conditions of the promotion. It will advise when the promotional offer ends, and when eligible payouts will be issued. The payouts are usually issued within 30 days from the promotion end date.
