I have been trying to get a PayPal cash card for the longest time. Whenever I try to get one, I follow the link that says "get the card" on the PayPal website. I login to my account and it says the following:
We can’t update your account
We’re unable to make the requested updates to your account. You’re still able to use your PayPal account to shop, send money and get paid.
I'm not to sure why it does this. I tried to get my card when I very first setup my account as well and it said the exact same thing. Does anyone know what this means?
