Pay in 4 Method- Overcharged my card

So I paid a payment for the pay in 4 method ($30), the usual payment is about $21.. but they ended up charging my card $51! What do I do? Has this happened to anyone else?? Will I eventually get it back? Cause I still owe $57 and I don’t wanna have to pay $100 for something that was $60 originally.

Im having this same exact problem as am not sure how to even get ahold of anyone to help. Did anything ever end up working for you?
