Pay In 4 Triple Payment Dispute

Hi there,

 

I attempted to use the Pay in 4 feature on a purchase, but it kept freezing after being approved. I tried twice, then just ended up paying in full. But I just checked my account, and both "failed" 4 pay attempts were taken out. The retailer only recognized one purchase. The two charges are sitting in a "pending" status, but I'm unable to dispute them since they're pending. Any ideas of how to get almost $200 back? TIA
