PAY IN 4 issues

Hi everyone, I tried to use the pay in 4 option today and no matter what I tried it would not process anything and kept saying there was an error. I only have 1 card linked to my PayPal and there was money for the first instalment also. Has anyone else had this issue? If so how do I resolve it. Thanks.

Welcome! I'm sorry to hear a recent payment attempt didn't quite go as planned. I'd recommend reviewing the following Help Center article for assistance: Why was my payment declined?

 

If that doesn't help, I'd recommend reaching out to our Customer Support teams by clicking Contact at the bottom of any PayPal page.
