Can anyone explain this? And help?
I am trying to get a Paypal cash card. But no link is listed for me to get it on my phone app.
Also when I try through the laptop. I get a message that says "WE CAN"T UPDATE YOUR ACCOUNT"
and "We are unable to make this request to your account, but you can still use your account to shop, send money and get paid."
I also tried the chat and it says "Sorry, I am not trained to solve this problem.."
What the heck? I have been with Paypal since 2002 and am in good standing. It is a personal account - not a business acct
