I placed a travel notice on my card and I am still not able to use my card in the United Arab Emirates. I have not had this problem here before and have been able to use it whenever I travel here or other countries. I just updated my travel notice last night. I contact customer service again but this is frustrating! Has anyone has this issue?? Amy advice??
