I was selling an item on ebay. Someone said that they would pay for it, asked me to request the money from their account on paypal. I did. They said that the money went through and I should receive an email though it might go to my junk mail.
The email looks legit, says that I received the money and that
It may take a few moments for this transaction to appear in your account.
However, that was last night, I log in and the request is still pending and there is no money in my account.
They asked me to mail the item today, next day mail.
Is this a scam?
