Trying to print shipping label I purchased. For some unknown reason, it's not printing to scale. It's like only 25% if that. I have not hanged any printer settings. I have looked at the settings, all is fine. Set for portrait and 100%. I tried Chrome browser and Firefox. Both the same.
I updated after all this, to the newest MAC OS Catlina. I then updated my printer drivers to the latest available for Catlina. Now the printer won't print at all. So frustrating.
