HELP!!!! I'm a new Depop seller and not able to access the shipping label!

With the selling of the item via Depop, there's a spot for me to get the shipping label to ship out the item. I download it and only instead get this long file telling me I need to verify my Paypal account to view the shipping label. I found this strange as I have used this app to make purchases with my Paypal account countless times, It was only my first time selling. So it says to open the Paypal app and go to settings in the top right hand corner of the Paypal app and refer to the red alerts which will indicate what I need to do to verify my Paypal account. However there are NO red dot alerts! I tried verifying through text message despite I have a verified acc already and it would always end in an "error" every time. I called Paypal many many times only to be told that they weren't taking calls AFTER they made me wait. 

And now I have a buyer who already paid me WAITING because Paypal is incompetent. I really don't want to look like I'm scamming this person and I would have had their item shipped out the next day after purchasing of not for this!!! I've tried everything and STILL cannot see the shipping label! I tried the Paypal help messaging and they were completely useless. 

Someone PLEASE help me I am BEGGING you I CANNOT ACCESS THE SHIPPING LABEL EVEN THOUGH MY ACCOUNT IS VERIFIED

Do you have a PayPal Cash account set up for your PayPal balance?

Log in to your PayPal account from a web browser. Some account tasks don’t work or not available on the app.

It will say PayPal Cash Balance under the balance amount. If you did not set up a PayPal Cash account, then you can’t spend or hold funds with the PayPal balance. You have to confirm some info with PayPal.

You’re ok if buying but getting paid is a whole other ball game.

I tried everything you said and more yet I got absolutely nowhere. I'm sure I'd be able to solve this if I could talk to a PayPal rep live over the phone and work it out but they aren't available EVERY SINGLE TIME and I tried AGAIN AND AGAIN to link to my bank (despite already being linked to my bank) and doing the text number verification just for it to say 'error" when I finish...

I'm going through the same thing!! My first sale happened and now I'm stuck trying to contact PayPal and depop is only giving me copy and paste responses.
