Cancel Pay in 4 Transaction

I made a purchase online & chose PayPal Pay in 4. I received an error message telling me to try again so I did 2 more times. Never got an order number or confirmation email but my bank was charged 3 times. How can I get my money back?

what you can do, is:
1. Check your paypal account, is it true that there are 3 transactions, then:
2. Contact paypal via US MASSAGE
3. Immediately contact the seller to cancel unwanted purchases.
4. Open dispute just in case if you have to do iti because no respond from seller(not recommended because this is not seller's vault)
You should immediately try to contact the seller first. Because if the goods have been sent, then paypal also cannot cancel the payment.

The final step is to contact the seller to return the unwanted item to the seller.

I have a similar issue where I tried the Pay in 4 but the seller's cart did not complete on their end so I have this ambient first charge. I tried to Open a new issue in the resolution center as you indicated and it says the transaction is not allowed to be disputed. What can I do?
