Buying items from Grailed.com - does Paypal Proectection work?

Hi, has anyone purchased any items from Grailed.com?  There is a note saying that it is "Paypal Protection", does that mean that it protects the buyer from fakes or misleading product information? Has anyone needed to use this protection with paypal and how does it work for the buyer?
