I went to a Walmart ATM to pull $20 off my paypal business debit card. Total was $22.50 after ATM fee. Realized later that evening that I was double charged, there are two identical withdrawals from the same ATM. How can I retrieve the second $22.50 that was pulled from my card? I always make sure I check all the ATM steps to finish transactions to make sure someone can’t come up after me and hit “yes, make another withdrawal”
