We have been using PayPal Here for years. We accepted the switch to Zettle in spite of its inferior interface since it seemed to have all the features we used, which was most important. However, as we have been using it, we have realized that nobody is sending us tips when we invoice them anymore. Multiple regular clients have also mentioned they couldn't tip me like they used to, and now that I've sent myself a test invoice, I see I can't add a tip. I talked with PayPal support and they recognize the feature is now missing, but there's only so much they can do.
This seems like a serious oversight that needs to be corrected as soon as possible, especially for us to continue using Zettle.
