Why does Pay in 3 sometimes disappear? I even got rejected when I used it when it was available.

I pay on time or sometimes pay in advance. weirdly, they remove it when you are paying properly

As its a short term 'loan' I guess it depends on paypals cash flow as to how many they can offer it to at one given time?
