not be eligible for the £25 reward scheme?

Hi. I just wondered if anyone knew why it would say I am not eligible for the latest £25 rewards promotion? I don't understand why I wouldn't be 🤷🏻 has anyone else had this issue? Thanks Janie

Had exactly the same thing happen. Received email invite at 01:06, attempted to register within 10 mins., only to be be told I'm "not eligible", despite meeting all the criteria! 😡 You've dropped the ball on this one PayPal! If you keep going like this, I'll be deleting my account!

Yes that's exactly what I did. Why would they invite you, if your not eligible? 🤷🏻🤔 The account is convenient, but bloody hard work.. I find navigating the site to find what I need is always a hassle..

Just tried again at 02:45 and was able to register successfully..... maybe they worked out the glitch (or maybe someone was monitoring the forum)?? 🤷🏻

I had same email, clicked link but no response. Have made 2 transactions since but no rewards info on my acc. Decided to call them and they confirmed it was not from them. Had to change p/w etc. PayPal checked and no issues with security. I’ve rechecked the email and it looks very genuine- not sure what to make of it all

Hi, whilst on phone with PayPal changed my p/w. Deleted email and will not respond to any offer emails. Will log in and check offers on my acc in future. I got suspicious as there was no offer details on my account.

Following on from my reply yesterday, I had response from the PayPal chat that I started previously - My apologies, yes this is a legitimate offer by PayPal. It is a brand-new offer that some of our teammates were not aware of.  I apologize for any confusion.
