I made a mistake with the code from Paypal for a parcel I wanted to send with Evri and would like to receive the correct code or request a refund

You can void the shipping label to get the refund. PayPal Shipping Center will automatically send a refund request to the carrier when you void a label. You can find more details on how to void a shipping label here.
