Zettle telling me I've been declined for zettle when trying to create inventory on my zettle.

Hello, I ordered and received my zettle last week, I have a craft show coming up this weekend and I need to get everything set up. In the app when I go to add inventory it tells me to go to my.zettle.com, when I do I am told that I am not allowed to have a zettle..... I already have my machine??
