Zettle Refund not working

I am trying to refund a customer from Zettle Receipt refund screen and after hitting confirm button I get a screen saying something went wrong contact support, I am using Chrome Version 120.0.6099.71 (Official Build) (arm64) on a MacBk pro. I do see a brief flash that says Confirm password at top of screen for 1-2 seconds,
