Hello, our business bought Zettle to use for credit card payments. We are not able to apply the payment to the person's account because we are only able to see the last 4 digits of the card number and not their name or information. Is there a way to display their name instead of the card number to identify?

I believe you have to add your own customer list with an email list. They are not added as a customer automatically at time of purchase.

This was added in the up date a few days ago.
When customer makes a purchase you can now add the customer against the receipt.
You need to click the option to upgrade the customer lists to the latest version.
If you do not do this it will keep you on the old feature version.

I also urgently need the customer's credit card name to appear on my Zettle/PayPal transactions. It's there on PayPal transactions. Why not on Zettle transactions. This invalidates my use of Zettle as I have to handwrite each transaction to be able to know who paid for what. If spend hours trying to find errors just because the customer's name is not on the transaction.
