Does anyone know if it is possible to issue a partial refund on a zettle transaction without a dispute being filed? extra sales tax was charged on a number of transactions and I'd like to refund the customers.
I have the same issue - sales tax was incorrectly charged on several Zettle purchases. I want to refund the sale tax only, but it doesn't seem possible in either the website or the app.
