Hello! I have noticed over the past few months that I haven't gotten my 1% back on my purchases via PayPal. I would like to know why this is. I don't believe I have changed anything on my account but I haven't gotten by !% cashback since Oct 19 and I have made plenty of purchases since then. Anybody happen to know why this is?
