This organization is currently ineligible to receive donations - reasons why

Hi everyone,

We have PayPal linked with our website, however someone notified that when trying to donate - the following message is received: This organization is currently ineligible to receive donations.

In the business account there is no current flag or notification for what needs to be solved.

Do you have any idea what could be the problem?

Sorry to hear of the trouble. 

Have you received donations in the past? Have you received any donations since this was reported to you?

Thank You for your kind reply!

In the meantime I managed to contact someone from the help center and solved this issue, it was a matter of adding a card to the account :).

we did receive donations in the past and now we are good again.
