Paypal working capital is worthless now for most of us without zettle for income.

so is it me, or is paypal just really not care about us anymore. The force us to change to Zettle and then not apply it to WC. They really do not care, they have more than enough resources to fix any issues they say they are but still nothing. Switching to the square might be better since they do not mess us up this bad

i honestly believe they stopped offering it and instead of announcing it as such and having us leave paypal altogether for a different merchant service that offers it, they are just stringing us along. i agree 100% with what you feel, there is no way a company that generates and controls the money it does could not have a solution in place

Well , I hope they care and soon , being with paypal for 15 years and 10 of those years with my restaurant business ,,, This is my point of sale . Never switched because loved the Working capital loans , 10 loans 300k later and boom no more .. They don't consider it …. Ridiculous.... But some how PayPal always finds a way to mess up there loyal customers … I hear square has capital loans ,,,, even Doordash does it now !!

I do hopw so, Paypal has just done a I do not care manner. They cannot tell us that with all of there money and tech they cannot merge their paypal system with zettle.

They have also completely stopped responding in this forum. They are making it clear that they have no interest in being honest with longtime customers. I’m utterly disgusted and I regret recommending the program to friends.

stripe, clover, square all have working capital. i suggest switching instead of being strung along. when you call paypal they all read from a script and just dangle that carrot in your face. do not fall for it and leave this platform

Agreed. And I have already looked into square. They are moving rapidly and evolving even faster. I have seen products/services that PP not offering. It's s JOKE I called no Paypal rep would touch the wc "office," and when speaking to them, they are evasive, say they have no liaison with pp and I have to believe that's BS it's got Pp name on it, some exec over there gets a report. It would be different if they gave a reason ..but they wont

We utilized the working capital loans. They became a necessity to growing our retail business. After having zettle forced on us and then to not get working capital anymore, we tried everything. We called, we switched back to PayPal here, we called some more. The corporation seems to have discontinued the product but instead of taking it away they are leaving it there. I don't know the reasons why but it is frustrating. PayPal stock is taking a huge hit since 2020 and I suspect the loans program is phasing completely out. I don't like how they handled the working capital program and zettle transition. My company moved to Worldpay and a full featured management system that integrates all of our credit and debit card systems, just like you see in other commercial stores. I guess the point is that 300k in credit card receipts is too much for PayPal or zettle and if you are doing close to that number, you should try to find a commercial merchant servicer. I did. It took a year. I had to negotiate and I got my rates and they are just as high as PayPal and zettle. Good luck fellow business people.
