Paypal credit balance not going down!

i have used paypal credit. my current balance is £928. I paid in £130 yesterday to take this down. It i still on £928. Now ive realised it's been on this number for a LONG time that ive been paying money in. Anybody else having this issue?

my paypal balance show no funds all just disapeared, also recent transactions not showing just happened today around 16:10 pm

Same. I hate the day I ever got this account. Being paying for over a year and my available credit is $28.00. I hate PayPal so much!!
