Paypal application problem

i have problem with the application. when i log in i get a message that says an error occured. This happens sometimes try again and the problem might solve. i push refresh button but the error stays andbibcannot use the app

i tried to uninstall and reinstall the app again and again i also tried to clear the cache. nothing worked when i log in to the app the problem is the same
