PayPal credit problems when paying balance. Now it's effecting my credit score

I'm paying my PayPal credit every month it's says completed on PayPal end but nothing coming out of my bank then few days later I'm being charged because they say I've not paid

I have had the same problem this month too now I'm being charged I want to use my PayPal balance to pay it but can't work out how too
