I opened a PayPal Credit account in 2019. It has since been cancelled to inactivity. I finally received a refund today that I have been trying to get since early 2020 for a purchase a made in 2019. Since my PayPal Credit has been cancelled, how do I access those funds as the Credit option is no longer in my wallet?

In this situation, the best thing to do would be to contact our Customer Care department. You can do this by going to the ‘Contact Us’ link at the bottom of every PayPal page. You will then see what contact options are available to you.
