Issues with 2x separate 0% paypal credit offers at same time

Hi guys, hoping for some guidance please....i bought a watch using paypal credit, using an offer which made it 0% interest for 3 years. I have a direct debit set up monthly for the minimum amount for this, meaning I pay £100.00 per month for it over the next 3 years. In the meantime i spent £429.00 on a new laptop using a seperate paypal credit offer, which offered it on interest free over 4 months. The usual direct debit of £100.00 for my watch was taken from my bank both in september & october, and over these two months I also paid the whole £429.00 for the laptop back by extra bank payments, on top of the watch direct debit. However, its saying on paypal credit that my minimum payment direct debit is now £107.00 (rather than £100.00) to cover the watch and that only £361.00 of the laptop has been paid back. How can i ensure that the extra bank payments i paid in totalling £429.00 to pay off the laptop before the 0% period on that item is up is actually taken off of the laptop and not the watch? Thanks
