My client asks for my Paypal.me link but I can't find it on my dashboard

I'm sorry to hear that there is confusion about the capabilities of a PayPal account in your country. The availability of some features varies depending on country and the laws and regulations associated with each. In Nigeria, it is not possible to receive payments, and thus PayPal.Me is not available.

Pointless you having a business account as you can't receive paypal payment in Nigeria as already stated.
