Hi there was a offer of getting a 10 dollar coupon for your first purchase of $5+ in Google play with PayPal but I didn't receive my coupon at all and it was my first purchase with PayPal

Welcome to the PayPal Community! I'm sorry to hear you haven't received a promotion. Normally, if you do not receive the coupon for a specific promotion, your account may not be 100% eligible for that promotion. I would recommend reviewing that promotion's Terms & Conditions for it's eligibility.
