Hi everyone,
A friend of mine is facing an issue with their PayPal account. They lost their phone, which had the Authy app used for two-factor authentication. They tried removing PayPal from the Authy desktop app, assuming it would disable two-factor authentication, but they're still being prompted to provide the six-digit code when logging in.
Unfortunately, resolving this issue through Authy hasn't been successful. Is there a way to disable two-factor authentication directly through PayPal support, or are there any alternative steps they can take to regain access to their account?
Thanks in advance for your advice!
