Login Issues Both App and Browser Versions

For quite some time I haven't been able to use PayPal as there have been some issues with my account I can’t figure out. Sometimes after a while when I go to enter my details into the normal login section of both the browser and app versions, it will take me to the human verification box and when I tick it it goes back to the login page saying Something Went Wrong, Try Again. It’s as if it knows the password is correct, and the email is valid/active, but still doesn’t accept it? And then every time I try enter my email through the Forgotten Password section it just keeps coming up with Something Went Wrong. Try Again or just a plain and simple error. This happens on both the browser and app versions of PayPal. I tried signing up for a new account with the same email and it says Welcome Back! every time so I know it’s an active account. I also found emails from December stating there had been some Legal Changes to PayPal's policy and I'm wondering if that has anything to do with my issue as that’s around the same time I stopped being able to access the account. I’ve put it off this long as I haven’t been able to contact support regarding this issue as it says in emails/support page/etc I need my login to get into a queue or whatever but I can’t get access the account and I keep losing patience trying to solve it. Can anyone please tell me what's wrong as I need this fixed urgently.

I do understand your concern regarding accessing the you're PayPal account. Request you to kindly try the troubleshooting steps such as clearing the cache and cookies or by using a different browser or device and try again at a later time. Kindly try uninstalling the app and reinstalling the latest version of the app. You can reach out to our customer support team to know what can be done next or to get an understanding of the possible solution to the issue raised. Please reach out to the Support Team by clicking the contact us option at the bottom of PayPal page. If your unable to login into your PayPal account do reach us via phone and kindly select "Call us as Guest"
