Can't create PayPal.me link. Help

Hey guys im new into PayPal and want to know how can i create PayPal.me link because when i try to create it nothing happens and there goes start menu in PayPal.
Im from Ukraine please tell me how can i create the link?

Just figured out that i can't send money as a paypal send
I live in Ukraine
is that means that i can't create PayPal.me link aswell too? When i try to create link nothing happens.

I understand your concern about the sending money and creating a PayPal.me link. Currently, you can only send money in your country. If you're unable to send money, it could be due to risk, our security program considers a variety of factors at each transaction/activity to keep you safe or may be because of the limitation on the account. In this case, you may clear cache and cookies or try again at a later time to see if that works. If you still unable to send money, please check the Resolution Center to see if there are any notification about your account status.
 

In regards to PayPal.me, it is an easier way to get paid through PayPal. Just share your very own PayPal.Me link, and they can send you money whenever they want. Since, your country has an eligibility to send money only, you may not be able to create PayPal.me link.
