Can't access PayPal Credit

I recently got approved for PayPal Credit via my eBay purchases. I was able to purchase some items. 

I have called PayPal customer service and I get transferred back and forth between customer service reps between PayPal Support and PayPal Credit Support. Every time, they tell me to click "Wallet" at the top. I don't have that option! 

I DO have Wallet listed under FINANCE, but that only shows me my Bank Accounts and Debit Card information.

I have no idea how to make my payments, view my balance, and continue managing my PayPal Credit.

Paypal credit for a business account is not available in my country, only for a personal account. So maybe check with customer services that its available on a business account in the U.S?

I have checked with Customer Service. Nobody has the answer
