Can someone please help me understand my responsibilities if I start a Paypal.me account?

Hi, I am a disabled person who has to put any information from online into a document so I can print it in a bigger font. And, I'm concerned about any and all fees that go with a paypal.me account. Can anyone tell me what is expected from me and if I can use it to raise funds for myself? I don't want to put myself in a losing situation.

Is it also linked to my Pay Pal.Me account? When I was on PayPal.me, and tried to add my debit card to it, a message popped up saying

PayPal.me is an easier way to get paid through PayPal, you have to create and share your link with others to receive payments. You can access your PayPal.me link in the account settings page. You can refer this page for more information about PayPal.Me. Hi again. I confirmed my debit card. But now I cannot find the message that told me my card number anywhere in my profile. Can I get a new notification? Or would it still be in my inbox? I'm SO sorry I'm so needy!

I just spent what felt like forever just trying to find my profile...how do i do that? I swear, Pay Pal makes accessing things SOOOO hard!
