First time using PayPal. I bought tickets yesterday and I still haven’t gotten anything in my email yet with the tickets. I also chose to use PayPal for the first time to make those 4 monthly payments. Just wondering if I need to have all 4 payments completed before I get the tickets via email? Thank you!

I was told by the customer rep I spoke to today that I needed to go to ‘activity’, then ‘all transactions’, then select payment in question to see the contact info. But I can’t find any contact information on that page at all. (Apparently I bought a resale ticket, never even heard of that!) Any idea how I might find that?

Hello everyone! Thanks for visiting PayPal's Community Forum. I can understand it can be a bit of a concerning situation when there's questions like this on a transaction. Thank you @kernowlass for help on this one.
@Stephanieaj90, sorry to hear there's some confusion on a recent transaction. I'd be happy to help! One of the benefits to using Pay in 4 is the merchant receives the entire amount right away while you pay the amount owed in 4 installments. If the seller hasn't sent you the tickets in a timely manner, or provided a way to access the tickets, you may need to open an Item Not Received dispute after reaching out to the merchant one more time.
Best wishes on this and future transactions,
- Jon K
