zettle android app product library unable to download

zettle android app. have tried 3 different phones on different networks. the products screen is blank when i refresh the app it says: "Could not load product library TRY AGAIN" and any attempts to refresh give the same message. I've killed the app and cleared cache and still no joy.  These are "staff" accounts.  the main account doesn't have this issue.

If you are experiencing difficulty, please try uninstalling and reinstalling the app to see if this helps to resolve this issue.
